Charity related, sales, marketing or promotions experience is a definite advantage but not absolutely necessary as full training is provided to successful candidates.
We provide all of our staff with opportunities for personal development through ongoing coaching in addition to training opportunities with our charity partners. We also offer excellent opportunities for advancement, as many of our fundraisers and Team Leaders have taken on leading roles within the company and other companies within the third sector. With our generous payment scheme, you will earn a solid basic plus performance related bonuses. You can expect to earn €700 - €1000+ per week!
